Tricky & Titch aims to ensure that you are delighted with all your purchases. If for any reason you have a
problem with sizing or you are in any way dissatisfied, please send the items back for exchange or refund.
returning items
Goods must be returned for refund or exchange within 21 days of dispatch in perfect condition and in the original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Garments must have tags attached and show no wear.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used, worn and washed or customer-damaged items. We regret that shipping charges for goods cannot be refunded.
If you are exchanging an item, we cover the shipping costs for delivery of your new item.
If any item is found to be faulty or we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item(s), we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange.
In the rare case that a faulty or incorrect item is sent, please call us on (604)985-5546 to arrange the return.
We're afraid, that in all cases, we are not responsible for goods that fail to reach us. For your own protection, you may wish to
send your return by insured parcel post or courier. On receipt of your return we will e-mail you to confirm that the refund or exchange has been processed.

their original packaging, that you have completed a returns form and that proof of purchase is enclosed.

Tricky & Titch orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and
made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case, then we may not be able to stop the order from
being sent. Once you receive the order, it will be processed as a return as above.
